February Wrap-Up & March Most Anticipated Releases

Hey Guys!

Can I just ask where did this month even go?! Like 2017 just started, I’m going to need it to slow down for a minute. February was a great month for me because it was my birthday month! I turned 24 and I ate cake. I am now one year away from my “quarter-life crisis” and I’m kind of excited to see where the big two-five takes me. Okay, enough about me, let’s talk about books and blogging.

Let’s get started!

January Wrap-Up & February Most Anticipated Releases

Hey Guys!

The end of the first month for the new year is already here! Where did the time go?! While I want to say that this month has been a great month, I would be lying through my teeth if I did. I’m still trying to figure out how a racist, misogynistic bastard was elected as our president. I’m hoping we survive the first 100 days because hope is literally the only thing keeping me going right now.

So enough with me going off about the current state of our country, I had a pretty good reading month and I decided not to pressure myself to read this year, so I slowed down my reading speed just a bit so I can enjoy books a little bit longer.

Let’s get started!

Hey Guys!

HAPPY OLD YEAR’S DAY!

The end of the year is finally here!  The holiday season is coming to an end and the new year is almost upon us. While 2016 did us kind of dirty, I’m really hoping 2017 is A LOT better because seriously, we could use a little more hope right now!

I didn’t manage to get as much reading done this month, mainly because I’ve been working on my new blog revamp! I’m so excited to reveal the changes that are going to be made to my blog and I think that this new direction is going to make blogging more fun, for me at least. So without further ado, let’s get into this month’s wrap-up!

Let’s get started!

November Wrap-Up & December Most Anticipated Releases

Hey Guys!

This has got to be one of my worst wrap-up posts EVER! I literally only wrote three reviews this month, one discussion post and read only nine books. I have failed as a book blogger. But in that failure, I realized that I wasn’t fully loving my blog and I’ve decided to rebrand it. I’m excited for the changes that are about to happen and I can’t wait to share them with you all in the new year!

Let’s get started!

October Wrap-Up & November Most Anticipated Releases

Hey Guys!

Happy Halloween!

October was a pretty hectic month for me. Blogging wise, it was crap because I didn’t really feel like blogging. Hence why I haven’t posted a discussion posts within the last two weeks. I have discussions, just no actual time to write them. Personal wise (is that even a phrase ??), I’ve been stressed with work and studying. I’m hoping next month is a lot better, especially since the holiday season is coming up.

Let’s get started!

Hey Guys!

Wrap-up time is HERE!

August is finally over and that means the summer is coming to an end! I’m so ready for Fall and for this humidity to go away so my curls will go back to not being such a frizzy mess. I had a pretty damn good reading month, mainly because of my  binge-reading of the Addicted/Calloway Sisters series. These characters have been so good to me, I’m going to cry so hard when this series comes to an end.

Let’s get started!

Hey Guys!

It’s that time again…WRAP-UP TIME!

THE END OF THE YEAR IS HERE! I read a total of six books this month. It didn’t get to read much at the beginning of December because of finals, but I enjoyed all the books I did manage to read!

Let’s get started!

 23454468

Thicker Than Water by Brigid Kemmerer: I hated pretty much everything about this book, except for the writing. The suspense, the plot twist, it all just kept me at the edge of my seat and I think this book is worth the read at least one time. Full review HERE.

27220994

Whatever It Takes by L.E. Bross: AHHH! This book was so GOOD. I read it in less that 24 hours and I love every minute of it. If you’re into NA I highly suggest checking out L.E. Bross’s work because I think she has a real talent for writing and I can’t wait to read more from her! Full review HERE.

This Song Is (Not) For You by Laura Nowlin: This book could’ve been really great, if there was an actual plot. While the story had some pretty interesting characters, it ultimately fell flat. Full review HERE.

28100441

The Girlfriend Request by Jodie Andrefski: This book is ROM-COM. It was cute and funny and I enjoyed it for the most part. Full review HERE.

18687114

Burying Water by K.A. Tucker: I buddy read this book with a few awesome bloggers and OMG, THIS BOOK! The suspense, the romance, the CRAZY! I think I may like this series more than Ten Tiny Breathes! Review to come soon!

26837008

Break Even by Lisa De Jong: This is my favorite read for this month! It was a lot different than De Jong’s previous work and I was completely amazed. If you’re looking for a dark romance with a twist, pick this one up. You won’t regret it! Full review HERE.

So there you have it. My LAST wrap-up for 2015! It has been a great reading year and I am so excited for all the books coming out in 2016. There will be lots of flailing so join in on the fun!

See you in 2016 friends & I hope you all have a HAPPY NEW YEAR!!

November ’15 Wrap-up

Hey Guys!
It’s that time again…WRAP-UP TIME!
I can’t believe November is over! The end of the year is almost HERE and I’m so excited because in three weeks I will be done with college. I’m so ready for it to be over. Okay, enough of my ramblings…
Let’s get started!

27240468
Leveled by Jay Crownover: OMG, Jay Crownover gave her readers the best present ever this month by releasing this little novella earlier than she originally planned. I LOVED this little novella to bits and it was so great to see the Marked Men gang again. I CAN’T WAIT for the next book. Full Review HERE.
24804505
Forget Tomorrow by Pintip Dunn: This was an eARC that I received from Netgalley. This book was pretty interesting for the most part. The concept memory and how it was used in this dystopian/sci-fi was so unique. I’m interested to see what happens in the next book. Full Review HERE.
25111004
November 9 by Colleen Hoover: That GIF was literally me after I finished that book. I just— I don’t— I can’t even explain how much I LOVED this book. Full Review HERE.
                   21459365
Bang by E.K. Blair: To get over my book hangover, I decided to pick up this book. WHAT WAS I EVEN THINKING picking up this book?! The writing is so GOOD but gosh the things that go down…WARNING LABEL! This book needs a warning label. Full Review HERE.
21860884
Echo by E.K. Blair: Due to the first book ending with a cliff hanger, I immediately picked up the second book to see what happened. I didn’t think it could get darker, BUT IT DID! I NEED the last installment for this series like yesterday because I NEED ANSWERS! (Review in the aforementioned link.)
26176431
Exposed by Kaylea Cross: I missed my HRT men so I picked up the sixth book in the Hostage Rescue Team series. This is my new FAVORITE book for this series! EEEPPP! It was SO GOOD. The action, the suspense, the romance, EVERYTHING! Review to come.
23116605
Even Angels Fall by F.L. Darbyshire: I received this book from the author in exchange for a review. Overall, this was a good book. I did have some issues with the writing, but I loved the themes that the author tackled in this book. That ending killed me though. Full Review HERE.

So that’s all for this month’s wrap-up. I didn’t even get to Six of Crows *sobs all the tears*. I guess there’s always next month, right?
