October TBR ’15

Untitled

Hello October!

The leaves are changing colors, the air is getting cooler…time to get out my leather books and fashion scarves! Also, time to make a new TBR list! Again, this month’s TBR will be short since I’m in school. October is also filled with a number of new releases, but sadly, I will not include them in my TBR because I am not sure if I I will get to them…

Books 1, 2, 3 & 4

The Lunar Chronices
Since the final installment in The Lunar Chronicles, Winter, will be released next month, I decided to marathon the series in preperation for the release. Lately, I have been really into fairytale re-tellings and seeing how each author puts their own twist on a long lost tale. I’ve heard great things about this series so I’m hoping I love it too!

Book 5

13183957
Shadows by Jennifer L. Armentrout is a Lux series novella that follows the blossoming relationship of Dawson and Bethany. I have already started this book and so far it’s very cute. Dawson is a lot different that Daemon, as he is a bit more caring and less abrasive. Even though this novella is super short, I’m taking my time with it so I can be in the Lux world for a but longer.

Book 6

25154047
Frosh: First Blush by Monica B. Wagner is an ARC that I requested from Netgalley because I was in the mood for some contemporary. So far, this book is not what I expected it to be. No, it is not a book filled with sex. This book is hilarious and I’m really excited to see how all the characters find their way during their first year in college.

Book 7

23603373
FINALLY! I’ve been waiting months for this book. Love Unspoken by Lisa DeJong is the second book in the Flawed Love series and I am hoping to get some answers. That cliffhanger ending in the first book was just a bit too much to handle and I’m hoping this one ends on happier note.

That’s all my book that I want to get to this month. What books are on your TBR this month? Are any of you marathoning The Lunar Chronicles? Let me know down below!
